The Osborn Hall Replacement Project is picking back up. The Osborn Community Hall has been closed since 2019 due to structural issues and high repair or replacement costs.

After initial community consultations in 2020, a new hall design was supported in 2021. The project was then paused to finalize taxation details for funding.

Now, we're asking for your input again to build a community consensus. We'll present updated costs for the new hall and a new option: an outdoor recreation space. Your feedback on all options: new hall, outdoor space or leaving the site empty, is important. It will help the PRRD Board make a final decision for the project.

Take the online survey open until July 25, and plan to join us at the Cecil Lake Hall on July 15, 2025 at 7pm to learn more and ask questions!

  • Why can’t repairs be made to the current facility?
  • Is there anything that we reuse or repurpose from the existing facility?
  • Could we discuss what things and spaces can be put into the facility?
