Consultation has concluded. The Regional Board adopted the Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw No. 2474, 2022 on June 9, 2022 after third reading and receiving Ministry of Transportation Approval on May 30, 2022. it was granted.

    Summer 2021

    ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd was contracted to work with the PRRD to develop a comprehensive Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw. The project kicked off on October 5, 2020 and has a scheduled completion date of Winter 2021.

    Summer 2022

    On June 9, 2022, the Regional Board adopted Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw No. 2474, 2022.
