Public engagement has concluded for this event.

Rose Prairie and area residents are invited to a virtual town hall on Tuesday, March 30 at 6pm. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the future of water services in the Rose Prairie area and to answer residents' questions. The meeting will consist of a short presentation by Electoral Area B Director Karen Goodings and Peace River Regional District staff, followed by a question and answer period.

Submit your questions to be included in the virtual town hall here.

The meeting will include discussion on a feasibility study to look at possible alternative sources of treatable water in the area. The PRRD acknowledges that residents of the Rose Prairie area have been waiting for some time for a source of water and that the lack of a water source is inconvenient. We thank residents for their patience as we work to resolve this issue.

If residents are aware of an alternative potential source of potable water, the PRRD would like to hear from you.
