Survey

The survey is now closed; it was open from October 6, 2023 to November 29, 2023 and received nearly 200 responses. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their feedback on the Building Bylaw Update.

The information collected through the survey has been reviewed to create the draft bylaw, and the results will be shared at the Regional Board Meeting on February 8, 2024 and at the Open Houses February 20-22, 2024.

Consultation has concluded. The Regional Board adopted the updated bylaw on May 30, 2024 at the Regular Board Meeting in Dawson Creek.

The new bylaw follows the Municipal Insurance Association of British Columbia template, and staff have worked hard to make it more accessible to the general public.
