There are two ways that you can contribute your feedback to the Aquatic Vegetation and Management Study!

  1. Complete the user survey
    There is a survey page for each lake (Charlie, Swan and One Island)

  2. Complete the interactive user vegetation maps
    There is a map for each lake

The Peace River Regional District has received approval for a two-year aquatic plant harvesting program for 2026 and 2027 in Charlie Lake and Swan Lake. The permitted harvesting areas include southern portions of Charlie Lake and western portions of Swan Lake. Harvesting in 2026 is not yet confirmed and all future updates, decisions and project materials will be published through PRRD Board agendas and the PRRD website.
